How does the process work
Those accepted onto the affiliate programme will be invited to a kick-off call to discuss the event in more detail so we can provide the most value for all stakeholders.
Once we understand the event and its complexities, we contract directly with a selection of hotels near to your event to arrange bespoke benefits and market-beating discounts.
We load the hotels onto your platform and complete any branding initiative agreed upon. We then send you an exclusive URL link to use on your website and marketing campaigns.
How do I earn commission
Commission is paid to our affiliates on every successful booking. Commissions are paid in-line with our suppliers guidelines. This is typically 30-60 days after your event takes place.
How do you access better prices than booking direct
Because our booking engine creates a direct discovery channel for event attendees, hotels reward us with significant savings and event-exclusive benefits like early check-in and food & beverage discounts.
How many hotels do you offer for my event
We typically contract with between 8-12 hotels per event depending on its size and complexity. Our events generally range between 500-20,000 delegates.
How do attendees pay for their accommodation
We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal.
The majority of our rates include a 100% refund policy up to 30 days prior to check in. Cancellation policies are listed clearly throughout the system.
How much does it cost
Our service is free to our affiliates that complete their pre-determined promotional schedule. The schedule is set out to increase user traction across all sales channels. If the promotional schedule is not complete, a pre-agreed setup fee is charged. The fee is to cover our fixed upfront costs when setting up an affiliate site.
